To receive an ATINY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE code, you must purchase an ATINY MEMBERSHIP on TOKTOQ and complete this survey by the specified deadline per country.

ATEEZLIVE PRESALE (US Dates Only) is free to all and requires registration on ATEEZLIVE.com to receive an ATEEZLIVE PRESALE code for presale (US Dates only) starting Wednesday, April 9 at 10am local time which will remain open until Wednesday, April 9 at 10pm local time.

1. Create an account on TOKTOQ by signing up here. TOKTOQ app is available for download on Google Play or Apple App Store.
2. Once signed up for TOKTOQ, log in with your TOKTOQ account to purchase an ATINY MEMBERSHIP.
3. Once the ATINY MEMBERSHIP is purchased, complete this Survey available only to paid ATINY MEMBERSHIP holders to sign up for your ATINY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE code.
4. The ATINY MEMBERSHIP holder-only survey will begin on Monday, March 31 at 7am PT / 10am ET through TOKTOQ, and will remain open through Sunday, April 6 at 10pm ET for the United States and through Sunday, April 6 at 10pm ET for Mexico City.

Yes, the ATINY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE is exclusive to ATINY MEMBERSHIP holders and we will need to verify your membership prior to your participation in the presale. You must complete this Survey on TOKTOQ to receive a presale code that will provide you with the chance to purchase tickets at the ATINY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE. If you do not fill out the survey you will NOT receive a presale code.

The presale code is a combination of numbers and/or special characters that you must input before you can purchase presale tickets.

• For the ATINY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE: your presale code will be sent to the email address connected to your TOKTOQ ID.
• For the ATEEZLIVE PRESALE (US Only): Presale codes will be delivered via email and SMS to US phone numbers. Canada and any other international numbers will receive their presale code via email only.
• If you have an iCloud email address, we suggest that the “Hide my Email” function is turned off to ensure proper code delivery. Click here for more info.

Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Tickets will be sold from websites designated by the venues. This includes ticketmaster.com / axs.com. Please refer to our ticket information notice.

4. The lobby -> Waiting Room -> Queue -> Enter "UNIQUE CODE"
5. The "UNIQUE CODE" is a combination of numbers and/or alphabet characters that was sent to your email address used as TOKTOQ ID or email address registered for ATEEZLIVE PRESALE.
6. Select desired seating area
7. Continue on with purchasing

Yes, there will be a General Onsale following the ATINY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE and ATEEZLIVE PRESALE on Friday, April 4 at 10am local time for US dates and Thursday, April 10 at 10am local time for Mexico City. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.
